Our work is greatly aligned with the United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). PAXOLOGY is highly consistent with SDG 16. We seek strategic partners to help us take it as far as we can, in support of SDG 17.

We are developing PAXOLOGY, a thought-organizing framework to inspire organizations to become agents for peace, equity and justice… while they pursue their missions with vigor and tenacity.

This evolving endeavor builds on Group i&i’s deep experience with organizational development and is highly consistent with our vision of a society in which all of us, regardless of legacy, identity or societal determinants, have a voice and the equal opportunity to thrive.
